The Court Reporting Services, Inc. Technology Department can support you from document production to final resolution of your case. Whether it is transcripts, pleadings or other documents, we can show you new and efficient ways of organizing, searching, and retrieving all of the materials in your case.

Document imaging

Are you tired of searching through boxes and boxes of documents for that key piece of evidence? Court Reporting Services, Inc. can scan all your documents so they can be loaded onto your network or personal computer. Then, you'll always have the document you need right at your fingertips. We'll even make them all searchable for faster retrieval.

Exhibit linking 

Exhibit linking is a process by which an exhibit or document can be hyperlinked to wherever it is mentioned in a transcript. We then package the transcript and exhibits and burn them to a CD for your convenience. Once the CD is placed into your computer, the transcript and exhibits open up in their own special viewer. This special format allows you to view, search and print the transcript and exhibits at your convenience.

And if it is a videotaped deposition, we can synchronize the transcript text to the video and hyperlink the exhibits as well, allowing for the simultaneous viewing of the video, text, and exhibits as they appear, all on a single screen.    

Software load files

If you already use some type of litigation support software such as Summation, RealLegal Binder, LiveNote, or Trial Director, we can prepare software-specific load files of all your transcripts and exhibits.  At your request, we will even make note of your special needs for future orders.
