Online
As soon as your transcript is complete, it is published to our secure, in-house repository. You are automatically notified by email that it is available for immediate review or download through MyOffice Online, your private online office. Simply login through this website. If you do not yet have a User ID and Password, you can easily obtain one now. It only takes a minute.
Each online transcript is provided in a ready-to-print PDF format, complete with both a powerful quick-word index and hyperlinked exhibits. Also included is a ready-to-print condensed transcript with powerful word-search capabilities and hyperlinked exhibits, plus a separate exhibits-only file ASCII and AMICUS files are provided, as well, with E-Transcript/Summation files provided upon request. Our in-house archiving of your transcripts ensures you that your transcripts will be available to you whenever you need them for a period of at least ten years.
On Paper
You will receive a full-size transcript with word index and copies of exhibits, plus a complimentary condensed transcript with word index, all securely bound with each section conveniently divided by Mylar tabs. Our in-house proof-reading and producton of all transcripts guarantees you the accuracy, timeliness and format consistency that you deserve with every transcript.
On CD-ROM
As with the online transcripts, each transcript is provided to you on CD-ROM in a ready-to-print PDF format, complete with both a powerful quick-word index and hyperlinked exhibits. Also included is a ready-to-print condensed transcript with powerful word-search capabilities and hyperlinked exhibits, plus a separate exhibits-only file. ASCII and AMICUS files are also provided with E-Transcript/Summation files provided upon request. Additionally, if we have covered the assignment for you, you'll receive a complimentary voice file of the proceedings, as well.
Video Deposition, Also?
If your deposition is also a video deposition, you will receive, on DVD, formats for both DVD players and computers. When viewed via computer you will have fully-synchronized text, a hyperlinked word-search index and hyperlinked exhibits. You can view the video and synchronized text, along with any selected exhibit, all on a single screen, simultaneously. The video can be easily exported to any trial preparation/presentation software. Clips can also be exported to PowerPoint, along with the synchronized text. And, any special file formats required are never a problem. Putting together an effective trial presentation just got a whole lot easier!
