Green
If you have received transcripts from Court Reporting Services, Inc. over the past ten years, then you have already gone somewhat green. You may have noticed that both your full-size and condensed transcripts were printed two-sided, as were your key-word indexes. The transcripts read like a book with text on both the front and back of each page, thus helping to save paper, trees, energy, oxygen, space, etc., and ultimately, our environment.
Greener
Over the past few years, many of our clients have gone greener by no longer ordering "full-size" transcripts and opting for "condensed-only" transcripts, instead. The condensed transcripts are printed four-to-a-page on both front and back, providing eight transcript pages per sheet of paper, along with any exhibits. Otherwise-bulky transcripts have now become very sleek and portable! Less paper, less shipping and less storage, all help to save the environment, and lower the overall cost. Our clients are actually able to save some green by going green!
And should clients ever need full-size transcripts, they can download and print, 24/7, from MyOffice Online, print from the CD-ROMs provided with the condensed transcripts, or contact us and we can either email or print-and-deliver full-size transcripts to them, at no charge.
Totally Green
Today, more and more of our clients are choosing to go totally green by taking the paperless option and ordering electronic transcripts, only. The CRS, Inc. electronic transcripts offer several notable advantages over paper transcripts and many of the other electronic transcripts available. Included are powerful key-word searches and hyperlinked exhibits that can be viewed as they appear in the transcript. No more flipping pages. Our ready-to-print PDF files are provided in both full-size and condensed formats. ASCII and AMICUS files are provided, as well, with E-Transcript/Summation files provided upon request. The transcript files, along with all other files pertinent to your case, can be easily viewed, downloaded and printed, 24/7, from MyOffice Online, your personal online office. Also, the transcript files with exhibits can be viewed, copied, and printed from the CD-ROM provided. And, of course, we can always email you the transcripts, as well.
